Treatments can vary from one patient to another. This is why we have provided a helpful treatment Fee Guide below. However, please be assured that following a consultation with your dentist or hygienist, any charges will be fully explained to you in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate that circumstances may require you to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice incur no charges.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a deposit will be charged.
If you arrive late for your dentist appointment, a fee of £25 will be applied for every 15-minute delay.
To avoid charges, please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
For hygienist appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee equal to 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
